It's still implemented poorly, but the drawing is probably not feasible to implement under the current engine accurately.

It's a good update and looks much better though!

I think it looks a lot better as well. I like the lighter colors and I think it's more in line with the original concept.

I didn't like either of the holiday hats this time around but I didn't mind the Ice Crown on a female necromancer... It actually looked alright, but now that its brighter I don't think I'll like the look of it. (On a female necromancer anyway.)

I'll have to wait and see what it looks like in game before I actually complain about or praise the change though.

I find it pretty disappointing when people anguish about FREE things so much that ArenaNet actually spends some time and changes the design of the Ice Crown from Wintersday. Then within minutes after the update, people complain some more about how it still doesn't look right, despite that it is obvious that it looks a lot better than it did previously.

If you don't like it, then I wish that people would just not wear it. It doesn't break your game not to wear the Ice Crown.

Complaining that it needs fixing is one thing. Complaining some more after they adjust it just sends the message, "Well, it doesn't matter what we do, people are going to complain, so in the future we aren't going to fix anything." That's certainly how I feel about things when people just spend all day whining about free gifts like spoiled children.

I would like to have them grow to same armor levels as character and with the ability to use insignias as regular armor. So far the ONLY hats I like are the Santa hats.

wow they DO listen (sometimes)......its a start, now my monk (mule who is wearing it) doesnt look as bad as before.....maybe 2 more changes to get it right????
